Emerging technologies like robotics, artificial intelligence or robochats will have a big impact on Industry 4.0 and hence transport and logistics as well as the industrial shipper’s warehouses and supply chains. By understanding the difference between hype and reality, you can strategically plan your “customer – machine interface”. Case stories and demonstrations give precious insights to evaluate the impact on your business and the Cluster for Logistics partnered up with the Benelux Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and Digital for Industry (D4I) partners, to assemble an international panel of speakers at this year’s autumn conference.
