The Cluster for Logistics had yesterday the pleasure of visiting Mauffrey Academy, https://academy.mauffrey.com/ a key player in the development of logistics and transport skills.
During our visit, we explored their comprehensive training offer, including:
✅ Formation en alternance (work-study programs)
✅ Formations continues for upskilling and reskilling professionals
✅ École de conduite for Permis C and CE
✅ FIMO training for future and current professional drivers
As the logistics sector continues to face skills shortages and evolving workforce needs, initiatives like those developed by Mauffrey Academy are essential to attract, train, and retain talent while supporting career development across the industry.
A big thank to Rémi Schwenck and to the Mauffrey Academy team for sharing their expertise, facilities, and vision for the future of logistics training.
