pacemaker.ai, a 100% subsidiary of thyssenkrupp, is a SaaS company using state-of-the-art AI technology and TÜV-certified methodology to create data-driven solutions that are changing the future of supply chain and sustainability management. In January 2025, pacemaker.ai acquired the Luxemburgish start-up WAVES with the award-winning Sustainability Management Platform (SMP). 

The SMP enables companies with the 360° management of all sustainability-related aspects as well as the precise calculation and presentation of all ESG indicators (Environmental Social Governance) relevant for CSRD reporting.

The platform is sector independent. However, the modules are particularly designed for supply chain transparency in the following sectors: Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing & Processing, Trade.
