📘 Teacher Selection and Management
The Cluster for Logistics (C4L) oversees the selection and coordination of teachers in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth (MENJE). This process is supported by a quality management team composed of logistics professionals, ensuring both educational excellence and industry relevance.
📄 Contractual Terms and Compensation
Engagement terms for external teachers are defined through a contractual agreement between C4L and either the individual teacher or their employing company.
The financial compensation is outlined in the contract and is based on predefined criteria. C4L handles monthly payments upon receipt of documented teaching hours, which may be submitted either by the teacher directly or through their employer.

Training institutions wishing to recruit an apprentice must follow these steps:
- Submit a declaration of apprenticeship vacancy to ADEM (Agence pour le développement de l'emploi) before hiring a new apprentice.
