Mark leads TOURMIX’s strategic and international expansion efforts. His work focuses on building scalable sustainable logistics models that combine national couriers, city logistics partners, and community delivery networks. He has been actively collaborating with city governments, e-commerce associations, and impact-driven investors across Europe to accelerate the shift to greener urban delivery.
