— reading an enquiry that arrived as a WhatsApp message, a forwarded mail thread or a shipper's spreadsheet; mapping a co-loader's rate sheet; drafting and translating a quotation; finding what you quoted a customer eight months ago. It is equally direct about what AI does not do: it does not set your price, it does not forecast the market through a capacity shock, it does not negotiate with a co-loader, and it cannot repair a rate library nobody maintains.
